Hello, hello. Welcome to my website and blog. Let me take a moment an formally introduce myself and talk a bit more about the services that I offer.

I am currently working on my debut novel that I will self publishing. I write Steamy Contemporary Romance and Paranormal romance. My debut novel is a why choose trope (two male leads and one female) with BDSM power dynamics weaved in. I love reading almost all types romance novels. Bring on the steamy smut with dark themes or the light romantic comedy.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff…the services that I will be offering. 

Why am I offering to be a sensitivity reader or BDSM Consultation for authors?

Well, my goal is to help those who might not have personal experience or have access to somethings in the kink world, but want to write realistic stories or plot points that have kink and BDSM in it. What I am offering can be catered to what the author is looking for. I can help go over the basics of BDSM and kinks. You can come with your own specific questions or we can start weaving our way through from the I don’t know exactly what I want but my end goal is to be somewhere around xyz. This can be from learning about BDSM or it can also be helping develop characters or a scene. I also offer sensitivity reading anything from a scene to a full length novel to see if any red flags pop up. What does that mean, red flags? This can be anything from consent violations, negotiations, when BDSM comes into the real world, or how toys are used improperly.

I am not here to edit your story or characters. I am here to help teach about a world that you might not have access to and help point out any possible triggers or red flags that could hurt your story. My goal is to point out the good, the bad, and hopefully learn that there is more to BDSM than one might think. In the end it is your story to write. I just hope to help you along that way if we are the right match.

So, why me? What makes me qualified to consult on this topic?

I have been in the SF Bay Area BDSM/Kink scene for the past 8 years. I have been apart of a party committee that put on quarterly play parties at the local dungeon that focused on body positivity. With my Sir we have put on workshops on caning and rope performances. With experiences with power dynamics, mind fucks, rope, impact play, connection through play (public and private), submission, laughing through a scene (belive it or not, it doesn’t have to be serious all the time), negotiations, and more.

I love sharing my knowledge and experience with those that are looking to learn more about the scene. Like everything else out there, there is no one right or wrong way to delve into the scene. I am here to be a guide not tell you what you have to do.
